Managing 1,500 teams across 10+ venues is a logistical nightmare. Traditionally, this required 30+ judges manually writing scores on paper, which were then transcribed by a exhausted core team into a single spreadsheet.

The Solution

HackJudge provided a unified judging dashboard that synced scores in real-time from every venue. Judges used their own mobile devices to scan team QR codes and enter scores based on pre-defined digital rubrics.
